Flexible to suit you

Initial site visits can be arranged at a time that suits you and we’ll work flexibly with you to ensure your experience with us is second to none

Design services

You’ll always receive a detailed specification and cost quotation complete with sketches before any work begins. We can also provide a full CAD design service where appropriate.

Competitive rates

We keep our rates competitive by passing on our volume savings on the plants, trees and materials we supply. We also control our labour costs through effective project management and enhanced productivity.

Short lead times

Because all our teams are full time, permanent employees, we can ensure a rapid reaction from initial enquiry to starting works. Also, with many plants and products in stock at our head office facility, we usually have stock on hand for immediate planting.

Professional project management

At the time our contract is agreed we’ll confirm a fixed week for work to commence and then, one week before work is due to begin, we’ll advise the specific starting day.

A detailed programme of works will be provided and updated as the project progresses, overseen by a dedicated project manager who will be your single point of contact throughout.

All work fully guaranteed

All materials, plants, trees and shrubs are of the highest quality available, supplied from a trusted network of growers and manufacturers.

Everything comes with a minimum 12-month guarantee period including all plants, trees and shrubs supplied and planted by Jacques.

The reassurance of full insurance cover

All our work is protected by Professional Indemnity insurance, Public Liability Insurance up to £10million and Contractors. All Risks cover up to £10 million.

Fully transparent pricing and finance options

Our quotation is the price you pay, with no hidden costs. Should you request any additional work after quotation then this will be priced separately.

Credit or debit card payment facilities are available, together with finance options for your garden landscaping or artificial grass project.

Aftercare services

At Jacques Landscapes we go on supporting our customers after the job is finished.

Our aftercare team is always here to provide on-going advice and support as required.
